Rocky is ok...
well it turns out that my fish Rocky, didn't die. He really had me going. Turns out he was just stunned. I guess I put too cold of water in for him to handle. He seems to be ok this morning.
Our realtor Janet is coming over in about an hour so we can sign a waiver, so we can get the status certificate done, then our mortage broker is coming over tomorrow so we can sign papers to lift the fianancial waiver off. So there for, the Condo is really ours and we can start packing more stuff as we move in 3 weeks.
