The mirror was a complete disappointment. There was Godric, standing in back of her, as he must be doing right now. "What do you see?" he asked.
She looked over her shoulder, irritated. "Shut up, Godric."
"It's as good as all that, is it?" he asked, grinning.
She turned back to the mirror. Mirror-Godric had leaned down to whisper something in mirror-Rowena's ear. She laughed and kissed him on the cheek.
The real Rowena looked doubtful. They'd done something wrong. It was probably his fault. Everything always was.
She glared at him through the reflective glass. "You're an idiot, Godric."
