(no subject)
Hello Friends!
Candidate school is well underway and we now have the 1st have under our belts. Now we're really digging into the raising funds portion, and it's a bit overwhelming and over my head. But I'm glad I'm learning all of this stuff now, and I'll have a lot of help along the way. Classes are long and it's hard to sit all day long, so please pray that God will help me to focus because the things that I am learning are very important.
Yesterday we had our Valentine's Party Club at Ft Leonardwood and it was great! We had 30 kids come and it was a lot of fun. We are not aware of any decisions that were made, so please pray for these children- that if they made a decision for salvation that they would have assurance, and for those who have not yet made a decision that God would continue to water the seeds that have been planted. We'll be going back in February for a "random acts of kindness" theme. Some of the kids came back from the last club and were so excited- they had so much fun last time! They can't wait to come back and neither can we!
I'm not sure how successful this journal is- if you are reading this then will you comment me and let me know? I might stop the journal and switch over to weekly email prayer updates. Let me know what you all think. I'll update again later this week! God bless!
