Brrrrrr!
It's going to be a long, cold winter. They're predicting at least a 50% spike in heating costs. It's ALREADY cold in the house at night, and it's not gotten below the 40s. We got a new roof last month, so we're hoping that will help. And the father-in-law is offering to help add insulation to the attic. But I predict a lot of layers in my future.
On the other hand, yesterday was gorgeous. Not terribly warm, but warm enough for October 15, and sunny. I can't complain, but sometimes I still do. (Yes, I'm quoting Joe Walsh -- what of it?)
