This looks wonky to me. Are you copying it from a site? And if so, which? It looks awesome.

I didn't copy it, I created it to help me keep track of my reading. I like to know the pages, obviously, but also the genre, and other little goals I set out, and whether or not it was for bookclub, and where I sent it afterwards
