I've got fresh tarragon and I've got fresh basil, and while I'm likely to use my basil with relative frequency, I'm not sure how much I'm going to use my tarragon. Can I freeze it? Will it freeze well? I know fresh dill freezes well, but the leaves are so tiny. Tarragon's leaves have more surface area. Will it get weird if I try to freeze it? And would the basil freeze okay?
