Off to WorldCon
I really do never post here do I.
Anyway, I'm off to the WorldCon in under a week. I'm not sure what it's going to be like really. I mean I've been to plenty of New Zealand national SF cons, but there is a bit of a difference between under 200 people, and over 2,000. Still, it should be a blast, and this is one I can afford to get to, unlike ones in Europe, or the US.
Not sure if anyone else that follows this is expecting to be there, but if you are, drop me a comment or not or something, and we can say 'hi' at the con or something.
I still find it funny how there are people I've known longer that most of my local friends that I've never physically met face to face. Though I suppose that's been true since the days of pen-pals.
