I spent so long translating this becuase I just could not capture what I wanted to capture from the original ;__; But I am (at the moment) pretty satisfied with this version of the translation, so I'm happy to post it here. Lots of stuff in the notes section!
The whole song reads as the "last will and testament" of the persona, and so it makes more sense to see what it's saying with that in mind. I read a couple of analyses in Japanese blogs and I'll link to the one I kinda gravitated to the most in notes below too for anyone who's interested. Enjoy!!

NOTES
1. The "selfish requests" include the things the persona talks about throughout the song, like being heard, letting stuff resonate with others, being allowed to sing, etc.
2. The "100%" in the second stanza didn't actually say 100 percent in the original lyrics, just 100. I'm guessing it means you can't be understood 100% by anyone even if they hear you.
3. The whole "full of weak people" thing is actually meant to encourage more than discourage. It means if you're not feeling so strong and 100% all the time, good news! You're not alone in that. So that's why the persona hopes that resonates somewhere.
4. "Hidden within the catchy melodies are deities" is basically telling the listener to read between the lines of the song, which is what I'm doing now lol. I think it's basically saying yes, this is a catchy pop song, but also there's something you could possibly find worth holding on to in this!
5. "Astride a white horse" -- I think this is also in reference to dressing something up in a way that's more appealing to more people. Like putting a deep message in a pop song, here the persona is putting himself in a prince's outfit on a horse. He's not really comfortable with it, but he's happy to be heard.
6. "You're addicted to artists" -- I'm not sure how to take this line, but I always get stuck on it when I listen to this song. I feel like it's criticizing people's focus on the artists instead of their art, maybe?
7. "The children born are my heart" -- The children borne of the artists is their heart, aka their art! So I guess my take in #6 makes sense with this reading! Yes, I'm just thinking about some of these on the fly, lmao.
8. The whole stanza of waking up from a dream and then the -isms is a trip, lol. I'm not sure, but I think the -isms are a running thread through the works of the band? And then multiple references to this being a last will and testament "I want to die loving and being loved" and "The sun sets."
