I don't really have anything to say at this moment in time. Good things in general are happening, and things may be looking up, which is nice.
I'm taking a break from writing for a few days and will revisit my children's book next week, and if it's feeling right, then I'll move on to the beta-testy part while researching publishers. On other fronts, there's revisions perking around in my head for Sanctuary and The Shadows of Dusk, but those will both be sizable revisions. The Tonga story is waving a lonely hand around too, asking for revisions in its quiet way. Too many projects and not enough time.
I've been watching a lot of Torchwood. I've made it through the first season and started the second season tonight. I'm loving it so far. Everybody else loves Captain Jack but I have to admit that my favorite character is Owen. He's the most like me, definitely. Yay Owen. <3
My last day of work on the current project is tomorrow, and then I'm off for a few weeks. I'll be getting back into cleaning the house, hallelujah.
Oh, and today was my last day of antibiotics, and yet I'm still coughing. Maybe my pneumonia is clarithromycin-resistant or something. Although the kids were given the same antibiotic, and neither of them are coughing anymore. So maybe my asthma is aggravating it or something. Yeehaw.
To brighten your day, here's someone who should have consulted an editor before getting her tattoo.
