Ah, probation...
So I'm officially on probation. Oh, well, I don't drink much anymore, anyhow... So all I have to do is change that from "Rarely" to "None."
Plus side, DnD with Richie is kicking off rather nicely; complete with the very first "Aw, dick!" moment that I wrote down and saved in my wallet. So it is of an utmost imperitive that we further that campaign.
Despite the fact that Richie's character is... Well, very much so a Richie character
(I.e. rich, powerful, a touch of the psionic). Thankfully, though, it isn't any sort of Druid/Monk character of some race that I've never heard of.
FURTHERMORE! The campaign has been largely role playing. The last three sessions we played MAY have had one or two battles, and the combat we did engage in was limited.
Most of the campaign thus far has been about the character, and his actions in this new little world I made.
As I made mention of in my last entry, I am working backwards (Or forwards, considering this is how I started Hallomyr) by making the shit up, pretty much as I go. But because of this, the places created thus far (though a rather small number) are more familiar and have more care put into them than if I were to try and detail all of the information, and then end up screwing myself out of any in game tweaking by setting it in stone.
By the way, I think everyone should listen to Dreamtheater. Systematic Chaos, their latest album, is the balls walls.
