I needed art supplies for AP Studio Art and I asked mom to take me to get them today. I mentioned wanting an easel and she didnt think Michael's would have one X.X so she chose a place in MANNASSAS and called them, and they had an easel. Well, we drove in the heavy rain, in her new (but used) car which for some reason fogged up like a sauna while we drove, and the 1/2 hour drive turned into 2 hours with the traffic... I repeat: X.X
So then we made it to Manassas and we found the address for the store...and apparently it moved 3 years ago and the phone book was WRONG! So we found the new location by chance cuz the people in a store that we asked just happened to know where it was... Well we got there and it was this grody little place with cardboard signs...>.< but hey, it was there. There but CLOSED!!!
Soo....we drove for 2 hours in heavy stop-and-go traffic in the rain to Manassas to find nothing..I think not.. We remembered seeing a Michael's on the way up so we stopped there..and they had it all. Could have saved an hour of confusion just going there but we didnt think they had easels. and mom bought me over $200 in art supplies...wow..
