I am so relieved as I'm typing this right now with my green baby. So very relieved. As I was talking to my dad on the phone, trying to grab something and dropping the phone, I incidentally also knocked over the laptop. As you hear the screams of horror, dad wondered what happened. I scrambled into making sure it was still alive. Some piece on the right loosened, the dvd drive was about to open as well. However, all seems to be well, as if a little shaken. How high did it fall? Chair height I guess is the best way to go about it. Granted, I'm sure the position of my laptop wasn't the greatest to start off with, but I've never clutzed up that badly before.
Unrelated note, I saw HP today. I'll avoid most spoilers, but they ended the movie in a pretty good part all things considered. Makes me wonder how long will part 2 be b/c from the vague memory I have, there's a lot of action to come. First, I try to avoid reading the book again before I see the movie to avoid disappointment because my selective memory always recalls random details (pretty much what happened to the 3rd book).
I feel like it's been forever since I read it. How is it that I remembered that
this dies, but not
this?!. Ironically, I remember I was pretty sad about both when I read it too. I guess it shows I'm not as rabid of a fan if anything else.
I'd like to think the movie was very much the built up prequel or to some degree the very long teaser of what's to come in the final installment of the series. For what its worth if it was any indication I enjoyed it, I didn't realized that about 2 1/2 hours elapse by the end.
