So I meant to post this yesterday, but I kinda got preoccupied with other things. Instead of doing more productive things academically, 4 friends and I decide to waste our lives rediscover something from our childhood: the art of egg decorating.
You know way back when you thought easter was about only Easter egg hunts for those chocolate and colourful eggs? Well with the help of Sharpie markers (somehow the store did not carry Crayola one *scandalized*), food colouring, wax crayons, and our powerful lungs, we made over a dozen of these eggs. I haven't made eggs like these since I was like 6 in grade 1 and I think they're still being covered in dust at home sitting on top of something. I got tired of editing all the images last night, so more images may come later. I'll need to cross post these images. Here's the lot of them:
I wish I was able to take pictures of all of us blowing at these eggs, but somehow lost the chance to do so. Honestly, why do I keep forgetting to take pictures of the process of these things?

Here's another shot of some of the eggs (some better sides than the other picture)
And because I have't played with ImageReady in a long time:
Each egg has their own story, but my advice for this: Make sure you have some sort of idea what to do with over a dozen eggs in terms of meals.... Which is why I'm planning to make pseudo Omurice tonight or so I'd hope. Also, adding oil to the dye only works selectively.
