I have a name, Jack Sparrow. [ but she still sounds amused. ] How has the end of the Malnosso's little experiment found you?

Ah, that. Not...physically injured?

[It's the best he can shoot for at this point.]

And you, Kirsikka?

I? I am well. As well as I always am. I assure you I hold no hard feelings. Honestly, it was quite fun. [ a laugh. ] Would you, perhaps, desire company? Settling for "uninjured" strikes me as a somewhat sorry state.

[Sparrow had a choice: remain miserable and alone, or be miserable and with a small doll that contained all the great powers of winter.]

What do you drink, sweet? We could meet at the pub.

Ah... I neither eat nor drink. But I am happy to meet you there nonetheless. It is called Good Spirits, correct?

Good Spirits, aye, and I'll make it up for the two of us. If you won't drink, you'll dance at least? Because I remember you being a rather splendid dancer, darling.

[ she laughs again, the sound of it quite sweet. ] I believe that was all your skill, not mine, Jack Sparrow. Nonetheless, I would be delighted to dance with you. I will see you there shortly. [ her journal will shut. away she goes, leaping off the school and making her way to the bar. ]

[Dancing with the doll might not be such a bad thing to take Jack's mind off his lady problems. When he turns up at the bar, he scans the crowd...well, the KNEES of the crowd, looking for her.]

[ humans and their ... legs. with a quiet harrumph, Kirsikka will jump up onto an available bar stool once she's inside, though she won't go on the bar proper. the humans would probably find it unclean.

she'll trill some quiet, thoughtful bird song, waiting for him to come to her. ]

Kirsikka, darling. [Sparrow makes his way over to the tiny wooden person, feeling rather delighted to see her, all things considered.] A bottle for you, a bottle for me, and we'll show these ignorant sods how to dance.

[ oh, but the delight is mutual. such a strange man... experiment aside, she's become quite fond of him. ] Do you see a mouth in my head, Jack Sparrow? Both of those bottles shall be for you. [ arms propped on her sides, leaning forward slightly. her voice is full of laughter. ] Come, let me sit on your hat for a moment. I wish to have a better look around.

With a will. [He lifts her gently onto the hat before leaning back against the bar and opening a bottle of rum.] Not much to see, really. Same faces.

Same faces? But I have never been in here before. Is there a ... "usual crowd"?

[ she settles very happily up there, folding all her limbs in, though after a moment she'll lean forward so she can peek down over the brim at his face. ]

[Jack looked around; most of the people whom you would expect to see in Good Spirits were there. The place was dimly lit; there were a few people gathered around the dart board, a few more around the karaoke machine. Couples occupied a few of the tables, possibly talking about the recent lovefest. It seemed a fairly representative night.]

It be usual to my eyes, lovely. [He peeks up at her.] 'Allo.
