Have had 700 cals per day for the last 10 days. and a little help from off label torsemide. dropped 21 lbs.
I am actually loving not eating. It is the most self indulgent of self control. nothing but water until 4-5pm & then I have a 100 cal yogurt. later I have a smaller dinner with the hubster and I feel great. massive vitamins to keep the electrolytes and stuff in control (no cals).
sometimes its hard in the morning, but I chug 24oz of water and I'm fine~!
