Raptured at our house?

So we get home tonight (mr talontytar and the daughter) from visiting friends out of town for the weekend. The son stayed home with the dog. We get home and the son is nowhere to be found, but his laptop was in its usual place on the couch (turned on) and his clothes were beside it looking as though their wearer has left them suddenly. Maybe the rapture really did happen? (although why he, of all of us was chosen makes one pause!)

He was upstairs giggling about it. The pup was fine.
