She's a cartoon bird. Trying to describe her build in terms of hominid terms is fairly useless... She's about the same size and shape as a Galliforme, if that means anything? Or maybe something more like a plover or sandpiper. Either way, she's a bird, mostly round with skinny little legs. And I guess she's fairly short, considering her height next to common objects - though those objects could just be grotesquely large, but still.
2. How old is she?
... Long story short: no idea! Rare never gives any specific date for Kazooie's birth or anything. She just... exists. 8|;; I'm guessing she's in her late adolescence or early adulthood-equivalent?
3. Describe her posture. Does she carry herself well or does she slouch?
Depends what she's doing. While Talon Trotting around, Kazooie tends to hold herself pretty straight, and this goes for anything else that requires balance, like flight. But just idling around? She tends to slouch or shift on her feet, so not that well.
4. How is her health? Is she fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
... Is being a cartoon bird a physical disability? No, in all serious, there's really nothing I can think of at all. She never gets sick, just injured, and that's never displayed as an actual injury. She's probably pretty damn fit from being able to lug Banjo around effortlessly, though.
5. How does she move? Is she clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
Overall, she has a weird kind of grace interspersed with almost clownish moments of erraticness. In short, she's... a cartoon. Cartoons can be graceful, but never for particularly long. And she's certainly hilarious-looking when she gets used as a battering ram or smashes into a wall after a failed Beak Bomb.

Again - cartoon bird. If you happen to find red cartoon birds attractive, then I guess she's pretty good! But Kazooie would have nothing but praises for her own looks. She is definitely self-centred enough, at least!

Feathery. Red, yellow and feathery. We never get to see any of Kazooie's skin except that of her legs, and what's there is flawless. But being a cartoon, she probably doesn't have to worry about acne and injury scars anyway.

Nonexistent. She has feathers... a short brush-like crest is the closest thing she's got to hair.

Big, bright, green eyes. They're comically oversized and take up much of her head space with the sclera.

Besides being a bird? Honestly, not really. Maybe the little orange tip of her beak...

Going with the backpack as clothes - despite her torso being less than half of the backpack's size? Yes, she seems quite comfortable crammed into it like a birdy accordion. Considering the backpack is a TARDIS, it probably isn't awkward at all.

... Yep. She's naked everywhere, for everything. Or just sits in Banjo's backpack. Kazooie is too cool for clothes!

This. It's, appropriately, birdlike. And pretty high pitched. And squawk-y.

I figure that she speaks fast, easily and with a loud brashness that just makes her grab attention, but in-game she basically goes squawk-squawk-squawk like everybody else.

Making the same noise over and over? :|a; Other than that, she internally self-censors anything over PG-esque language, though she'll use subtle innuendo that goes under the censors. She has a fondness for the sound "breee".

English, primarily, with a bit of a British (I would say English, but English English sounds awkward...) accent. Chances are there's some breegull dialect she can speak too, but it's never made reference to - everybody in the B-Kverse can understand each other with no problems.

Not that I'm aware of! The closest she ever gets to this is making fun of people or mocking them.
