Getting back in the zone.
So many things have happened since my last honest update.
Cash died, unfortunately. But on the optomistic side, this has allowed me to finally bring home Ebony from the Parents' house. She's been adjusting well.
Hired at Target. This job... I do not hate it. Nor does it stress me. Been working 6 days in a row so far, today was going to be my one day off this week. Then I got called to come in 2-6. At first I was ignoring the call and just coloring some minions, then while thinking about it for a while it was like "No... you know what? I don't mind that job. It's four near-relaxing hours of just... clothing folding." So I called and told them I'd come in.
Mebbe I'll get some brownies points for it or something. :F Either way, next day off is now *checks schedule* uh.. not listed. Not until next week, anyway. Wednesday was my only day off for this current week.
Found a place nearby that I can vanish to in the wilderness. It's going on summer now, it's finally warm enough that I can go for walks and such and not be bothered by the cold, which has been the biggest thing keeping me indoors. Yesterday Scott and I went for some nice long walks and found the perfect spot, at least I think so. Need some rubber boots to go trudging through water. We're still technically in the middle of people, but Fairhaven is really good at helping mask that by having so much forest in it.

Getting back into the art groove. Do you know how annoying it is to have to convince yourself to work on something again that you love doing? Talk about lazy. :F Speaking of, OMFG WTF IS UP WITH YOU, ABIAN?? Jeezus... stop sitting around in the 'finished project' box in my head. 30 pages, dude. Give or take. I COULD FINISH THE DAMN THING IN A MONTH IF I JUST DID A PAGE A DAY.

I'm gonna be an auntie.
Twice!
An 'Auntie' and an auntie. The first one being Sean and Becky are having a kid, so we'll totally be "Auntie" Kate and "Crazy Uncle Scoot" in a bit. The second one being my actual brother and sister-in-law, so I'll be an actual related Auntie. Working on that ESB plushy pattern.
Man...
Zoning. There is totally a song I'm listening to that is whisking me away to my Happy Place, where I sit on a hill and watch the foreverly changing chaotic landscapes.
Also, blue puppy.
