Christmas is bearing down fast once again, and the developers from hell next door are (suprise suprise) about to put in yet another appeal to put another storey on top of the still-to-be-finished- 2 storeys. Having agreed on the fact that the developer will remove a piece of overhanging guttering, now he's turned around to us and accused us of holding up work. Suddenly I'm laughing my ass off. That's a rich accusation to make.... he's said that this was from the 28th October. Yeah? So where exactly where his men between May and September? The Bahamas? So now he wants to revoke Clause 4 of our formal agreement. This means we would waver the
