A Journey Home
This weekend was the Strawberry Festival back home on the Island.... For My birthday, I was graciously allowed, by my three youngest ,to take them and buy lots of stuff.... for them.
Actually it was pretty nice. we got there pretty early, so I was able to show them arround a bit. The old post office, that was my grandparents house, Behind which I lived in the bus. The field the old guy shot me with rocksalt. And the Cemetery We spent so much time in. It's sad to say I kinda miss the boat rides on and off the Island.
While we were there, we parked the car at my sisters house, living just outside of town makes it a perfect spot. Yhe best part, is that meant I got to visit her for a while before she ended up going to work. It's been to many years since I've seen her. Ember and Paige finally got to meet one of the few family I actually give a fuck about, and talk about pretty often.
However.... there is one sour note to the visit, my Sis gave me something I didn't know still existed.... Now I don't believe she would try to blackmail me with this.... but my sis is evil and would totally try to blackmail mr with it,,,,, so I decided to put it out before she could and remove any temptation......
