I'm not apathetic, far from it. I do believe that there must be balance. In regard to law however, I have strong feelings, as I think that law can be both a tool for improving society, and a form of tyranny if they violate certain liberties. I'm a little surprised that I didn't rate more good than neutral however. But these things often have trouble distinguishing between socially accepted norms (lawfulness) and personal morals (good).
