I'm sorry !! I'm in Japan since almost 3 months now and I didn't post anything yet.

Everything is okay here, I will just talk about concert and butai.

I went to see Hey! Say ! JUMP's DEAR concert at Yokohama Arena on October 7th. I got the ticket through my friend's membership. My seat was at the 8th row of the North Stand ( 2nd floor). But since I ( Read more... )

thank you for your reply! So that means we are at the very end of seat on the second floor! O.o

When they are on the stage that means we can't see them clearly right? Are they really so small from our seat view?

I mean cranes is the trains that they used to go up to 2nd floor ^^; HSJ use that kind of trains to go up to 2nd floor too right? V6 usually use cranes to go up to greet their fans on upper floor too.
How did HSJ go to 2nd floor? Do they walk on the space between balcony and our seat or they use trains to go up?

I actually was hoping to get a view which is not too close and not too far too (arena seat might match right?) but now I got stand seat and I never go to any Concert in Japan and might be my only chance, so now I'm pratically very confused. In your opinion, let's just say this is for HSJ concert since you're not familiar of V6 and I just want to know about the seating opinion either. If we have got a stand seat, do you think it's better to get another seat for arena seat and sell the stand seat at fron of Yokoari (if lucky and someone wanna buy it) or just keep the stand seat?

And between Arena seat or Center seat which is better too?

I'm sorry if I ask a lot but now I'm really uncertain and have been researching for hours regarding seat in Yokoari. Thanks for your reply

Oh sorry I misunderstood the meaning of cranes, so yeah they are using cranes to go to the second floor.

If you take another tickets it's better to take a center seat. Arena is good but only the lower part. If you're at the upper part of arena, a stand ticket is better because at least you will see them from really close when they are coming to the second floor.
My friend got a arena seat almost top of the arena and yes she had a better view than mine during the show but she wasn't able to see them from really close as me. Yamada even smile and waved at me.

Personally I find it quite okay, I saw HSJ at both Tokyo Dome and Arena and I always had a better view in arena even on the top of it.

Is your stand seat is with your name on it ? Or did you buy it on internet ?
Personally I will keep it if it coasts me too much money to buy a new one.

Oh, so it's the same, HSJ and V6 use cranes to go to second floor ^^

Oh Center seat is better? But I read around that Center seat is better if we don't take the first row right? Because the artists tend to look at further row than those at front row. But I don't know if it's right, never experienced it before.

Do you still remember what row is at Arena lower part? and start from what row will be arena upper part? So arena seat has lower part (1st floor) and upper part (2nd floor) in Yokoari, do I get it right?

Wow! Yamada smiled at you?! O.o oh lucky! ^_^ Is your seat almost same as me at North block row 9?

So you think stand seat is ok right? Then I guess I will keep my ticket because I'm still inexperienced in this. Thank you for helping me.

I join my friend for ballotting tickets but we lose, so I'm buying it from ticket camp. I buy the ticket when they are still blind seat so I'm kind of regretting it too. If I buy an arena ticket again to change this stand seat, the cost will be double and yes, cost me too much either to buy new one.

But since you have gone so many times from the list that you made and you said it's okay then I think I'll go with it.

I'm sorry for asking so much and write so much during our first meeting! I'm really anxious right now, so asking for fans that have experienced is what I'm doing now, thank you so much

Yeah maybe except the first row but I never hit for the first row so I don't know.
Arena is all first floor about 18 row. I will say that it's quite okay from row 1 to row 14. From row 14 to row 18 you will have a good view but if you want to see them from close at least once, the stands are better.
I know a lot of people who hit for rows 17/18 from the arena try to sell it and buy a stand tickets because they know they will be able to see members from really close at least once. The cranes go between the raw 5 and 6 from the stand. I was lucky because under me it was the stairs ( I was on row 8, north block) so no row 6 and 7, nobody in front of me when they came up.

For me stands is okay. Plus sometimes when you buy a good seat staff do ID control if you have a stand ticket the chance of being controlled is close from 0%.

Ohh !!! The rate of hitting were high ? This is so hard to hit for tickets sometimes.

One of my friend bought a ticket for Sexy Zone's concert at yoko arena without knowing the seat and she hit for a tachimi she was so sad but actually she said she had a great view.

It's okay don't worry ! :-D Yoko Are and arena in general are really good venue specially when members go up on the second floor.

I see! I'm at north block row 9, so I'm 1 row above you, I guess, I'll keep my ticket, especially since you said that chance of seeing member close is higher at stand seat. XD

Besides that, we will be able to see the concert fully right, I mean when they run here and there, we don't have any difficulties on seeing them running here and there.

I now understand why, in ticket camp some people are still buying stand seat, maybe because they want to see members from close and also why some arena seat is sold very cheap. Thank you for explaining this to me.

I am thinking of watching the concert for another day, so I have got the October 17th ticket, I was thinking of watching it again in October 18th, I haven't bought my ticket, and was planning to buy the Center Seat... do you think if I buy the center seat, they will ask for my ID? T_T Obviously, the name on the ticket won't be mine, have you ever being asked for an ID when you got Center seat? I'm so scared right now.

Yes, the hitting rate for the tickets are quite high, or maybe we are just unlucky? I saw that many people got their ballots, maybe they ballots many time and we only ballot once XD

Tachimi (立ち見) is the standing right? And from what I read, tachimi position in YokoAri is in front of the stands seat is that correct? That's good that your friend finally had a great view :)

I hope I won't regret taking the stands seat. I'll take your advice because you have experienced so many concerts in YokoAri and I have never gone to a concert before ^^ Thank you.

Yes of course you're able to see the concert fully.

The ID control are random so I don't know at all sorry. Until then no foreigners were caught with a Japanese name on her ticket. ^^ So buy the ticket you want ^^
But because I'm too scared I will not buy resales haha But a lot of friend did for last JUMP tour and didn't have any problem.

Yes a lot of fans have tons of membership so they hit for a lot of performance I don't like it ! It's unfair !

Yes Tachimi is behind the last row of arena seat and under the 2nd floor. it's actually a way better to have a 2nd floor (stand)'s seat than a tachimi.

I just give you my opinion but your are the judge if you want to change your ticket just change it, don't have any regret. Personally I don't mine being in stands at Yoko Are since I know I will still have better view than most of the seat at Tokyo Dome. But it's my opinion. Just keep your stand seat and buy a new one for October 18th ^^ So you can go twice.

Hi! Thanks for replying!

I will just cross my fingers and hope that no ID Control will happen during my day of attending the concert and I'm glad your friend have no problem on buying resales tickets.

I think so too. A lot of people have membership more than one, that's why they can resale tickets at higher price and auction the fanclub phamplet. It's unfair.

Oh, why 2nd floor is better than tachimi? Although tachimi position is under 2nd floor?

Thank you for your opinion, it really helps me, I mean it. I have made a decision, so I will keep my stand seat ticket and buy a new one for October 18th. I will go twice! And I'm thinking about buying a center seat ticket. Do you have any suggestion as to which seat to take in center seat?

V6 stage this time will shape like this :

----------main stage-------------------
|
|
|
----------Center circle----------------
|
|
|
----------mini stage-------------------

How is center seat numbered in YokoAri? Does it change depends on the concert? And where do you think will be a better seat for Center seat? Is it near main stage or toward center circle stage? I want to hear your opinion, because you have experienced it before and I hope you can help me. Thanks ^^

Yes because when your are on tachimi you have no opportunity to see them from really close and since the 2nd floor is above you you can't see them when they are going there.

Unfortunately the seating map of the center change every time. So except if a fan took a picture of the seating map when she entered at yoko are for V6's concert ( I mean THIS concert) there is no way to know. Sorry.
Each time I got a center ( also call arena in all the venue except yoko arena) seat I just knew my real seat on the day of the show because there is no way to know the seating map by advance.

ok, so center seat change every time right? Different concert different seating for center? Noted. Thank you very much for your help. But from your experienced, anywhere in center seat is great right? Thanks! ^^

Yes different tour and venue, different seating for center. Because each tour and each venue are different.

Yes I got center seat 3 times at Yoko are and one time at Marine Messe Fukuoka ( and one time at Tokyo dome city hall but that's a small venue) and every time I enjoyed the show so much !!! For me everywhere in center is great.

You're welcome ^^Hope you will enjoy the show !
