Sounds crazy, eh? Well that's the only line of dialog that explains what's going on, in the Vin Diesel movie Babylon A.D. Beyond that, I'd not like to even begin to speculate what the fuck was going on. I can reveal (*spoilers ahead*):
That Vin Diesel comes back from the dead like Jesus (and starts wearing white) and that there is a virgin birth that results in one black and one white twin, with the chess playing fetus lady as mother. The black/white thing may a symbol of harmony or perhaps a not so subtle allusion to the pre- her own birth chess mastery of the mother. Apparently she only dies because the movie dudes were worried about the whole thing being blasphemous. I'd've been more concerned with the plot myself. Anyway, these magical chess twins (MCT (TM)), also make you immune to futuristic guided missiles. Oh and Gerrard Depardieu is in this movie, amazingly. But he's so weird looking and dubbed, that neither myself nor my wife recognized him. In fact, I'm inclined to believe that it was, in fact, not Gerrard Depardieu, but the cast list I saw was another psychic power of the MCT (TM).
So, yeah. Babylon A.D. It's in the future. With much weirdness and less good bits. And I like Vin Diesel. He plays D&D!
