What a nice wake up call I got today!
I had a job interview yesterday for Unicef and the boss-guy called me today to let me know I got the job and it starts next wednesday with a training program. Man, I was so happy I just smiled for 15 minutes holding the phone in my hand. I just can't believe it, it will be great for me. The job is basically just interacton with people you don't know and talking about stuff that really matters. I was told that it can be devastating and depressing to see that some people just don't care about anything that is happening around them. Their jobs, families and loved ones are the only things that matter to them. I hope I do well in the job.
I guess I should make some coffee and start calling all my friends about the happy news.
Ps. I propably have a date tonight, with this handsome boy(21) who lives near me. He loves rock, whisky, Soul Calibur 2 and X-men(=)... So It's a 50-50 chance that we'll hit it off okay. Heh. But I guess we'll just take this as a meeting a new friend- type of a thing though. Although he -is- good looking...
