[Personality]
Makoto is a friendly, independent young woman and also one of the strongest soldiers in the inner senshi. Being very outgoing and somewhat of a tom-boy, she likes to participate in sports and any kind of outdoor activity; martial arts just to name one that she practices often. She's very loyal and dedicated to her group of friends, Usagi especially and not just because she's her princess. She was one of the first true friends she ever had and made her feel welcomed when she transferred from her old school when others didn't (mostly to the rumors of her being a delinquent and being kicked out of her school). Makoto will protect the princess with her life without any hesitation and make sure she stays out of danger (or at least out of trouble). Her friends refer to her as Mako-chan, rather than using her full name.
he first thing someone will notice right off about Makoto is...no, not her 'talent', but how tall she is. She is rather self-conscious about this because she's the tallest out of most of her friends and usually most of her peers at school. She tries to downplay her height and tom-boy tendencies with domestic talents like cooking, cleaning, and flower arrangement, since they're more 'feminine' hobbies. Though, she honestly enjoys doing all these things and it became more of a skill than a hobby, which also makes her one of the most feminine girls of the group along with the most masculine.
Though Makoto isn't one to pick a fight, that is unless someone is looking to pick one with her. She despises bully's and anyone pushing another around that can't defend themselves, so she doesn't hesitate to step in and moderate the situation (which is usually with her fists).
Makoto is also known as, Sailor Jupiter, her true persona, that no one but other senshi know about. With her already athletic abilities and martial arts skills, transforming only serves to amplify these attributes. Also, she has the ability to control the power of lightning and plant-based abilities.
Not as boy crazy as Minako, but you can call her a hopeless romantic when it comes to the opposite sex. Due to a former relationship, she is always reminded of her old sempai (boyfriend) by any guy she fancy's (which is usually straight off the bat when she lays eyes on them). Makoto is also very fond of romantic novels.

What a waste of cake! Who would leave something like that out in the rain like that? I would clean it up, so no one didn't slip in it.

"Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"
The sudden loud wailing nearly made Makoto jump out of her skin and drop the bowl she had in her hands. It was quickly put down once she looked over her shoulder to her pigtailed friend who was holding her finger and shaking her head.
"U-usagi-chan, what's wrong?!"
"I cut my finger! Kyahh, it hurts! It hurts! It hurts! It hurts!" The girl bawled even louder.
Leave it to Usagi to cut herself, when she was given the task for peeling apples and she only started on the second one for that matter. It must have been a new record. The brunette moved to her side quickly and reached out for her hand, "Here let me see it. It could be bleeding!"
Her eyes widened and she quickly pulled her hand back,"B-b-bleeding!? N-no, wait! It might all come out and it hurts a lot, Mako-chan!"
"I can't do anything about it if you don't show me. It could get infected too. Let me see!" She reached once more to grab her friends hand and once again she avoided her. It went on for awhile, along with a never ending chase after her in a circle in the kitchen before Makoto finally got fed up with this and grabbed her friend around the waist with one arm and grabbed her wrist with the other. She lifted the said injured finger to her face to examine it and found it to be a very, very small cut. It wasn't all that noticeable, but it broke the skin a little. Usagi made such a big fuss over nothing.
"Is...is it bad? I didn't lose part of my finger did I?" Oh, she just couldn't bare to look at the horror that could have been on her finger.
Makoto sighed a bit before a soft smile came to her lips, "It's not bad at all Usagi. We'll wash it and get you a band-aid, okay?"
One eye opened to glance at her finger, before giving a quiet nod. She released the other girl and pulled her along to the sink to wash her finger with soap and warm water. After that short task was done, she went to the bathroom to retrieve a band-aid out of the medicine cabinet and place it over the small battle wound she had from fumbling with the knife earlier.
"There. All better now, right?" She gave her an assuring smile, "I think I'll finish peeling the apples. You can finish what I was doing okay? This apple pie is going to turn out really good."
Usagi looked at her finger for a moment and then at Makoto before giving a nod of her head. It did feel better and at the mention of the pie it was getting her excited to get it done. Makoto doubted the smaller girl could hurt herself doing that.
