Show me what you got, little doggy!Personality: A big point in Koromaru's personality is that he likes to do doggy things. Like go for walks or run around the shrine. That's because, simply put, he's a dog.
He's an extremely intelligent dog, however. One big point is that he has the ability to summon a persona; something which it seems only human beings (and special robots but that's for a different character and a different time) have the ability to do. As well, when Yukari tried to feed him burnt or bad food, Koromaru rejected it outright, refusing to eat it. And he also knows what attacks to use in battle (however this is more AI then anything else). He very well averts the trope 'Dogs Are Dumb'.
He seems to be able to differentiate between emotions, such as when Junpei was upset when reading Chidori's notebook, Koromaru was sad as well, whimpering, seeming to be able to tell what emotion is right for the situation. As well, Koromaru could tell when Minato was sick and showed worry, as noted by Shinjiro. Koromaru isn't all clever at hiding his emotions or what he wants to say, an example being when he 'told' Aegis that Shinjiro was watching a cooking show. But he shows remorse about 'selling' Shinjiro out to the point where he has to let Koromaru know that he's not mad at him.
Koromaru is, as well, fiercely loyal. He stays by the shrine waiting for his owner to return (which he never will) and even defeats a Shadow to protect it. After the members of SEES take care of him, he comes to stay with them instead, to repay them for their help. Through out it all, he helps the members of SEES out, even saving them from being sacrificed by Shuji Ikutski. This loyalty could easily be attributed to the fact that he is a dog, especially considering how loyal he's willing to be to people he's just met.
He seems to have a thought process, though it's kind of hard to tell exactly what; he has a favorite show to watch on TV, about humans doing heroic acts. He shows quite a bit of bravery as he's able to face Shadows head on, and at the beginning, all by himself, even before he knew of or could summon his Persona.
What your character can offer: Koromaru has the persona Cerberus, which he can summon using a special collar (Unlike the guns that the other members of SEES use). Cerberus's current attacks are:
Agilao - Inflicts a moderate amount of Fire damage to one enemies. - 6 SP
Mudo - 25% chance of instant death from the power of Darkness to one enemy. - 6SP
Sukukaja -Improves Hit & Evasion rates for 3 turns. 1 ally. - 6 SP
Maragion - Inflicts a moderate amount of Fire damage to all enemies. - 12 SP
Counterstrike - 30% chance of repelling a Physical attack while not knocked "Down".
Mamudo - 20% chance of instant death from the power of Darkness to all enemies. - 12 SP
As well, he uses knives to attack.
As for what he can, himself, offer, he
What items will they be bringing with them? His Persona collar, his outfit (Which is a white shirt with wings attached, along with a SEES red armband), and a knife; Sylph blade.
Third-Person Sample: It was one of those nights when everyone wasn't in the mood to go to Tartarus. It was sad because Koromaru was almost always ready to go. Tonight was, indeed, one of those nights. And that's why he was thankful when Minato was willing to take him to the shrine. 'Oh boy!' He thought, as he walked near the blue haired boy, looking up brightly at him.
As they approached the shrine, Minato met up with someone he seemed to know. She smiled towards Koromaru, who barked happily towards her, before running up to the shrine. Minato would want to spend time with her, so he was happy to go romp around the shrine area. Running up the steps, he made his way quickly to the main area of the shrine, where tonight, he had a free run of the entire place. Panting lightly, he barked cheerfully as he started to run around. Now was time to try something he had wanted to for the longest time.
The slide.
It wasn't a very large slide, and he had gone up Tartarus so many times before... but this was different. It was a ladder, not stairs. But he wanted to go down it! He made his way over to the slide, and looked up it. From right next to it, it looked very high. Shakily, he put one paw on the bottom rung of the ladder, looking up to the top. Another was placed on. Okay, so far... so good. Next came the next rung in the ladder. Slowly, one paw reached the next step, and his lower paws started to climb up the rungs as well. One rung at a time, he slowly started to make his way to the top of the slide. He whimpered nervously as he started to get higher... and higher.
But soon! Shortly soon! He reached the very tip top, and looked out to his surroundings. He was king of the shrine area, and he felt so proud! Looking all around him, he howled happily. He was the top of the pack! King of the hill! Ruler of it all! Now came the next part... coming down. Koro didn't want to, but he knew it was for the best; Minato would want to go home soon. So, he moved forward and looked down.
This was almost as scary as climbing up. The slide seemed slippery, a paw nearly pulling him down on it. He whimpered lightly. Looking back and forth between his two choices; a choice between two evils. But he came up here to do something. Growling at the slide, he prepared himself, and started to move his paws forward. He could do this! This wasn't too hard! As his body started to move forward down the slide, he yelped a little bit. The slide was moving far too fast for him already! It started to pull more and more of his body down, as he struggled a little, before gravity did it's work. Making him go all the way down. It was a pretty fast ride! He yelped all the way down, the wind running through his fur, before he flew off the end of the slide, landing on his stomach. The yelping quickly stopped, and he started to stand up. A little bit dizzy... looking back at the slide...
He happily panted! What a fun ride! Oh boy! He was just about to run back to the ladder to climb it again, when he heard 'Koromaru!' being called out. Minato was ready to go home. Koro looked at the slide for a moment, sad he couldn't get another ride, but he was happy to go back home to see everyone again. He ran past the slide, and towards the stairs, dashing down just to meet up with Minato once more.
First-Person Sample:
[The communicator turns on, with Koromaru lightly pawing at it. He whines a little bit towards it.
While it may seem like he doesn't know what the communicator is for, it seems strange that his eyes are looking directly at the camera.
He moves to stretch a little bit, yawning lightly. He doesn't seem to want to walk or look around; he seems quite content to just sit here and wait patiently.
He watches the camera closely, with a light bark (thinking he may have heard something) until the feed times out.]
