Why do you need them if you're so high up? As far as I know, nobody goes around climbing the buildings.

...someone managed to get into my apartment even with my windows and doors locked yesterday. [pause] They didn't come in via the door.

Um... I'm not sure, to be honest. But there's a lot of people here, so someone probably knows how to fix those sorts of things.
