I thought it was bad enough when my brother randomly procured a pet and then seemed completely unprepared for it's arrival.

Worse yet that he spent a thousand dollars on it.

But apparently, Valdi had to top that, and purchase Puffin from the mafia.  And then not tell.  At all.  Until I catch a message left on the answering machine demanding the rest
