Hi! :-D

First of all, thank you for your post. I agree with it, in general, even about the rape part. Now, I know, that it depends on the legislation of every country and not everybody is going to agree, but, at least, what she did to him is abuse, so I'm just going to call it that.

Since most people is so pro Olivia and anti Peter, I'm going to take Peter's side, but that doesn't mean, I don't understand Olivia, because I do. Her reaction and her hurtful words are completely understandable, but I have to disagree with her position.

1. Peter never cheated on her. To do so, he would have to know, he was with a different woman. Not that it matters from Olivia's perspective, but he is not a cheater. He was abused. He didn't give his consent to have sex with Altlivia.

2. Her accusation, that he didn't hold on to her like she did, was untrue. He did hold on to her. That was, what he was doing these past months. Unfortunately, that Olivia was a fake.

3. Blaming him for not knowing her true self. I'm sorry, but he only knows as much as she let him, which is very little. That's why he was so gullible. He was in love and he thought she was finally opening up.

So not only is he a victim like Olivia, but Olivia says all those hurtful things to him. Not that it matters, because he's already blaming himself, she's just confirming his worst feelings about himself.

What I don't want to happen is that she forgives him, after he comes close to death or something like that. Either she comes to the conclusion, that he didn't do anything wrong and wants to be with him after all or she decides, they're just working partners and that's it.
