[ The video clicks on to reveal Machi sitting on her hotel bed. She's wearing a waitress uniform...and some food. Someone clearly made a mess of things at work. And, since getting fired (at least, as far as she can tell; she's pretty sure she doesn't still have the job) is big news, it must be the kind of thing to announce. Or something. ]

I think.........I may need a new job. The manager didn't sound very happy...

[ Awkwardly, she tries to remove some of the various foodstuffs from her hair, but she eventually sighs and gives up on it for now. As if sensing her owner's upset mood, Pipi-san comes into view, tugging at Machi's leg. ]

Ah....one minute, Pipi-san....

[ Machi moves to grab for her gloves, which are somewhere off-screen, but the little mouse-like critter gives a soft 'Pii' in protest and shakes her head. Nervously, Machi retrieves her hand and carefully places it atop the Pichu's head....and nothing happens.

Machi's not smiling, but there's something in her eyes. ]

I think.....Pipi-san is getting better at controlling herself.

[ The video continues for a few more minutes, with girl and Pichu sitting together peacefully, before it occurs to Machi to shut off the feed. ]
