I'd say it's looking good. I am hardly an expert on such things, but it's fooled the average layman.

heh. I don't think a syndicate would accept a comic like this, unfortunately. Considering they think their main audience is crotchety, ultra-conservative old people.

It's certainly fit for an alternative, a la "Life in Hell" in the LA Reader.
