Summary: Friendship about Akame, it changes when a girl came into their lives.

Chapter 8
Time flies. It really just fly passes you in a flutter of an eyebrow. And usually you don’t know it until you realize it’s too late. Kame talked to himself.
Monday. The day that Kame dreaded. The one he spent so much time worrying about. Kame got blacker eye bags around his eyes and he looked horrible. He decided to wear geek spectacles to cover up some of the huge and ugly eye bags and hoped that no one would see it.
He rushed to the studio, where the last filming of the video was held. When he was reaching there, he saw the back view of the last person he wanted to see.
Jin… Kame wondered. Should I say hello to him?
Jin was walking briskly towards the studio and he seemed to be panting. Jin suddenly stopped walking and bent down, his hands supporting by resting on his knees. He seemed to be out of breath.
Why do I feel out of breath? Was it because I fainted yesterday? Jin thought.
Jin had passed out yesterday and woke up only this morning. He wondered why he was lying on the floor and realized that he fainted. But he realized that he was going to be late for work if he didn’t hurry. He rushed all the way to the studio, not knowing that he was weak and could not sustain any longer.
Jin felt dizzy again, like the whole world was spinning before his eyes. He tried to steady himself, but he suddenly toppled on the floor.
Help… help… Jin tried to shout out, but his mouth did not seem to be working.
Suddenly, a figure came up to Jin and Jin squinted, trying to see who it was.
Kame… Jin muttered and then went unconscious.
“JIN!” Kame shouted when he saw Jin being unconscious. Kame had saw Jin losing energy and stopped walking too. He looked at Jin falling down and ran towards him. Kame picked him up by the head and shook him lightly, trying to see if he was still conscious.
But Jin just fell limply on Kame’s hand. Kame felt Jin’s forehead. It was burning hot. Jin seemed to be sweating and having a fever.
“Jin… what has happened to you?” Kame asked Jin softly.
I must get help for Jin! Kame thought and he called the ambulance.
Shortly after, the ambulance came and the paramedics lifted Jin on the stretcher and Kame went in with him. Holding Jin’s warm hands, Kame prayed silently for him and that he would be alright.
Once the KAT-TUN members heard about Jin in the hospital, they all rushed down to the hospital, including Asaka, and they reached to see Kame pacing around outside the emergency room.
“What happened, kame?” Asaka asked.
“Jin has tremendously high fever.” Kame replied, trying not to look at Asaka’s concerned face. He knew she was worried for Jin, but he was trying not to make himself feel jealous at this time.
Kame sat down and bit his fingers. Biting his fingers was an old habit he used to do since he was young. He avoided Asaka and there was silence outside the emergency room.
For what seemed like eternity, the doctor came out of the emergency room. KAT-TUN and Asaka went up to the doctor, to see if Jin is okay.
“Is Jin okay? How is he now?” Kame asked anxiously.
“He is out of the danger zone now, his fever has gone down and he is no sicker, but he needs lots of rest and he cannot do strenuous activities.” The doctor replied.
“Can we go and see him now?” Asaka asked.
“Yes you may.” The doctor agreed.
Everyone went into the private room to take a look at Jin. Jin was lying on the bed, looking pale and weak. His lips were whitish and his cheeks no longer had the rosy glow he once had. He looked like he was about to faint any second.
“Jin! Are you alright?” Koki asked.
“Yeah, I am. I am just tired, that’s all.” Jin answered weakly, like as if he had no energy to even talk.
“Jin!!! Are you sure you are alright??” Asaka cast concerned and worried glances at Jin.
“Don’t worry, you guys. I am fine.” Jin said.
Although Jin seemed like he was talking to the rest of them, his glance was only on Asaka, who was worried about him and looking cute at the same time. Jin tried to smile as he looked at the cute Asaka peering down to see how he was.
Kame noticed Jin smiling at Asaka and tried not to show that he was jealous. He knew he was not supposed to feel jealous but his heart just won’t seem to obey his mind, no matter how hard he tried. The more Kame looked at Jin and Asaka, the angrier he felt. He was soon green with envy and wanted to stop looking at this scene. Kame could not stand it anymore and went out of the room, causing the rest of the KAT-TUN members to cast quizzical looks at Kame.
Kame went out of the emergency room and went to the garden to get some fresh air. He breathed in a deep breath and let it out slowly.
Kame, why did you get jealous? Asaka was only concerned for Jin because he was sick. Wake up to your senses, Kame, and stop making a fuss out of nothing. Kame scolded himself.
But still, it was hard to see that scene just now and I still feel uncomfortable just thinking about it. I can’t go back now, with that going on. Where should I go? I guess I should stay here. Kame told himself as he sat down on the bench nearby.
