Yep. Another large span of time has gone by since my last update. There's a few things new and a few things the same.
Well, the new. Just got back from Maryland. Had a blast. Saw my girly. Saw some old sky/solstice car club peoples. Slept in a real cabin.
Well, the car I've already started ordering parts for. I now have Billy Boat Bullet exhausts and a Vararam Ram Air Intake system. It's picked up a lot of top end. On the dyno, she did 366 whp & 367 wtq.

My camera can't quite capture the sound right, it sounds WAY better in person. Also, with that much power.........things like this can happen.............

Let's just say there were 2 piles of spent rubber on the road and 2 wide rubber lines a good 100 feet long, hahahaha.
Enough of that crap,
Things are otherwise the same. Still workin comcast, still doin fairly well financially. I've fully adjusted to now owning the Corvette and it's no worse than before with the Sky. I'm saving money, putting some christmas money aside, as well as buying some presents for myself. I'm also looking for other means of income. I'm FINALLY ORDERING MY DETAILING STUFF. It's been over due. I've been putting it off to when I can better afford it, and now is the time. Later today, I'll be putting in an order for a buffer and lots of polishes, seleants, waxes, buffing pads, etc.....all coming to a total of about $320. But lately I've been a bargain hunter. When it came to both parts for the Corvette, I got them under cost. The exhaust was used, and the intake I got with a discount and free shipping. Likewise, I managed to find a promo code for the detail stuff for free shipping. Hey......every little bit helps, right?
So with the new detailing stuff, I plan on (hoping) to do 3 details before christmas to recover the cost of materials. Then come spring time, I can start earning true profit. My first customer with the buffer (other than my own car) will be Aldrich. I didn't forget ya dude. Once everything arrives, and I feel comfortable with the new tools, I'm gonna get those marks out of the bmw that I couldn't before as promised. <3
So with that, I guess things are good. I don't really have much to complain about, so I won't. I'm just thanking my lucky stars right now, and trying to enjoy myself more each day than I have in the past.
