In my observation, they initially do, at least for the first week of the month; then they occasionally return to the topic towards the end of the month, but the bulk of the on-topic posts are around the first 4-5 days of said month, granted. In any case, its an extra bonus so it shouldnt hurt (too much) :)

And last month was about Libya, if you may excuse me :)
