White Cat/Black Cat
Please allow me to interrupt the civilized and enlightened debate that goes on in this community for a short while to get your opinion on something.
In China they have a saying: "White cat? Black cat? Only if it can catch mouse."
For eight years we've had a certain white cat in the office of President of the United States of America and now we have a black cat from the opposing party in that role. What I'd like is for you to rate each administration's ability to "catch mouse" on a scale from 1-10 with 10 being the highest. I'll tally up the scores and average them for a later entry.
And with that, my ratings...
Bush Administration rated 3 out of 10. Chief areas of worry being war woes.
Obama Administration also rated 3 out of 10. Chief area of worry being the economy.
