That`s a real good idea! It should have been done weeks ago.
But terrorists will not arrest and punish themselves. We must do it with our common efforts. If you can find any photos or videos of terrorised people in Crimea and people greeting Ukrainian Army or Right Sector militia in Sloviansk and Kramatorsk, please post these images here. I`ll apply them to the mentioned petition.
I still can find nothing of a kind in the Web.

I agree. And then of course we should also declare Ukraine a terrorist state for shooting at its own people while they protest unarmed on the streets of Mariupol; and the US for propping up the Mujahideen in Afghanistan, toppling governments just because they're "mean" or because they have oil, siding with terrorists in Syria and sponsoring coups across Latin America; and probably a number of West European former Great Powers as well, for meddling in other countries' affairs in one way or another, often to a bloody end. How about those? Shouldn't they be on your petition as well?

On a side note,

6. Posts that solely include an advertisement of either a LJ community, a personal LJ blog or a commercial product will be removed. Mentioning these as part of the narrative is fine though, as long as that's not the sole purpose of the post. Same applies to campaigning for a cause, or non-political topics.

Isn't campaigning for your petition the sole purpose of your post?

What now, have you been trying to do the staff's job?

Bold attempt, and very naive too. Of course we all know that Russia won't ever be declared a terrorist state, because there are just too many economic interests invested in not angering Russia and instead creating only a half-assed impression that the world is pissed with Putin.

Is there a petition for a constituent assembly somewhere ? I would sign it gladly.
