Friday lulz: What do/did you like collecting?
Artwork, autographs, cigarette boxes, beetles, sports cards, calendars, toy cars, dried flowers, coins, post stamps, spoons, souvenirs, beer labels, trains and railways, you name it... What sort of stuff did you use to collect, or are still collecting these days? Care to share? How big is your collection? Did you splash a lot of cash for all that stuff?
Me? I was mostly about those Matchbox cars. Cute little beauties made of metal, which everyone here was so crazy about.
We used to exchange one car for another, compare them, paint and re-paint them, and make races with them.
And we dreamt of having one of those cars for real. And some of us did. Because here's what I have now IRL:
