This week in San Francisco, a small group of activists staged an action of civil disobedience in reaction to the shooting deaths of Charles Blair Hill and Oscar Grant by BART police. I believe they got the name because they would land on ships and have no fear of the sailors who clubbed them and ate them for dinner.
