Resolving to post more
I've been enjoying the increased activity on Dreamwidth and Livejournal due to the 
astolat and
cesperanza's 30 Day Challenge, so I feel like I should contribute. Here is my pledge to post more in the next month--I don't know if I can promise every day because, seriously, I just am not that talkative, but I will make a special effort to throw something, anything up here.
First up, here is an adorable picture of my sister with Bradshaw and Tally in our backyard. It makes me happy just looking at it.

(By the way, if you're interested in my off-the-cuff observations on mostly fannish and pet-related stuff, you really should follow me on Twitter. It's my go-to social media platform these days.)
Second order of business--I sent out the packages with DVDs about a week ago. If you haven't received yours by now, well, heaven help you because it's not like I got tracking or insurance or anything practical like that, LOL.
What else...Oh, yeah. I've started watching Elementary. I'm on the seventh or eighth episode, I think. Can't say I'm particularly loving it yet. Would it be the absolute worst thing in the world to say that one of the main reasons that I'm feeling meh about this show is that it doesn't look like there will be any serious slash pairing? *dodges rotten tomatoes* I can't help it!! If I'm going to get obsessively fannish about something, I need my manlove. Or at least a viable M/F/M threesome. Notable exception: Nikita. I am allll about the femslash when it comes to that show.
Does anyone else interact with TV that way, or am I just a freak for having my slash goggles too firmly welded on?
