festivids season again! I love how this fest has become a vidding staple in such a short time. It's amazingly fun; if you've ever considered joining in, I highly recommend it. I made my nominations a couple of days ago:

I'm all about the animation this year. :) I'm secretly hoping that I get picked to do a Lewis vid, though. Not only because it would make
garryowen happy, but because I have the perfect song for a Lewis/Hathaway slash vid. Ah well, we shall see what the vidding gods decide.
In other news, I'm sorting through some boxes on beatification and canonization at work, and let me tell you, that stuff is *fascinating*. If you ever want to get someone sainted, you better be prepared to do the work, yo. To get their foundress canonized, my Sisters toiled almost 100 years and spent untold thousands of dollars. One Sister spent her *entire* life in Rome, tirelessly collecting evidence of miracles and submitting it to the Vatican, day in and day out.
Oh, and the relics! My co-worker has one sitting on his desk, and all I can think of is: ZOMBIE bits, ZOMBIE bits. When I told him that, he laughed and laughed. He is like the stereotypical jolly Brother. What a sweetheart. You may recall the saga of the Royal Wedding mug; he's the one I gave it to.
