VidUKon booked, Laptop Cozy, Festivid Recs
I booked my flight for Cardiff yesterday. VidUKon, here I come! I'll be in Cardiff for a week from April 5-April 11, so if any Welsh fangirls want to look me up, please do. :)
I'm in the market for a cute laptop cozy. Is that what you call them? You know, like a sheath for your laptop. I have to schlep my little 14 incher to work everyday, and I'd like something to pad it so it doesn't knock about in my big bag. Does anyone know where to find a really adorable one? Maybe even a fannish one?
Now on to the vid reccery. First, may I just ask: FESTIVIDS, HOW SO AWESOME? I'm so proud of our vidding community, you guys. We've got some serious talent--the excellence of the vids produced by this fest is off the chain. I'm overwhelmed, to be honest. I think I've only watched about twenty vids, and my mind is already blown. I don't know how I'll get through 150 more. *flails*

TWENTY FOUR. EEEEE. This movie. This freaky, amazing movie. How much did I love this as a kid? I'm so glad there's an awesome vid of it now.
The Last Unicorn
BALLAD OF THE LAST UNICORN. This is another huge childhood favorite of mine, and this vid captures it beautifully.
Lilo and Stitch
BEAT CONTROL. This is fun and family and love.
