Just got off the phone with the prospective employer confirming my part-time gig. I knew she was going to offer it to me, but it's a relief to have an official verbal agreement. I start in January with 20 hours a week, and I couldn't be more pleased!
For additional happiness, I must thank duskwillow and redina for the virtual gifts, and keewick, such_heights, yavannauk, and beeej for the cards. I'm all over smiles, you guys. You're the best.
For the final bit of joy of the evening, I turn again to duskwillow who has just blown me away with her generosity and sweetness. Oh, and I also finished my marathon of seasons 1-4 of Friday Night Lights, and I have such a full heart. What a beautiful show! I want to vid it at some point, but I'm not sure what I can say about the show that's new or different. Does anybody have a vid idea that they're dying to see realized?
