Well, I finally caved and got a Dreamwidth account, thanks to par_avion. I had been dragging my feet about it, not because of any philosophical disagreement with Dreamwidth, but purely because I am a contrary creature and really resist doing things just because everyone else is doing them

How do I get one? I have one of those beta things, but I don't think it's a real account. I'm very confused.

I think you need to get an invite. That's how I set mine up. I bet if you asked for one on your friendslist, you'd get one lickety-split. Also, I think I'll be getting some eventually, so just holler if you need one.

That would be great if you could get me one! I keep seeing my flist say they have so many invites, and I'm always about fifteen people too late.
