Smallville Vid Rec
My friends, have I got a vid rec for you. The previously unknown to me but absolutely brilliant raspberry_splat has posted a stunner of a vid. It's set to Muse's "Map of the Problematique" and you can find it at sv_vids here.
This vid has absolutely blown me away. Visually, it's stunning. I mean that literally--after watching it, your eyes will be twirling and your mind will be reeling. It's incredibly dense--the vidder is making tons of fascinating visual connections between Lex and Clark that I don't know if I ever would have seen on my own. Also, I think raspberry_splat does an amazing job of bringing us into Lex's POV; I feel like I got an insider's peek into the maelstrom of his thoughts and emotions.
Just--if you are at all interested in Lex or Clark or Smallville or vidding, do yourself a favor and watch this vid. I'll be over here trying to pick my brain up off of the floor.
