ABOUT SENGA
The good thing about Senga is his honesty. Especially when it’s something that he cares about, he has a tendency to be stubborn. Like at meetings for concerts, he’s not his usual joking self, but talks really seriously, and when it comes to his devotion to dancing, he just can’t be beat. That side of Senga is really compelling.
ABOUT MIYATA
For Kisumai, his existence is the most important... at least that’s what I think. I mean, if Miyata wasn’t here, then we’d probably just be a group of show-offs (laugh). Watta and I had a fight once, a really long time ago, but because of that, I feel like we’re closer. Watta is older and reliable, but surprisingly sensitive. If everyone doesn’t laugh at his jokes, he gets really depressed (laugh). I like those human-like qualities.
ABOUT FUJIGAYA
Taipi is Kisumai’s mood maker. I’m sure he has bad days, just like everyone else, but he always cheerfully livens things up. Now that I think about it, when I was younger, Taipi once told me, “Your emotions automatically show too much. It’d be good for you to have better control over that.” I don’t know if I’ve fixed it or not, but ever since then I started to be more careful.

Even though he recently started being in the center more, that quiet demeanor of his never changes (laugh). After all, that pleasant and mellow air is just Tama. Tama is really how all of you see him on TV, but in last year’s PLAYZONE, when he was challenged by all those long lines, he panicked in rehearsals. During the real thing though, he definitely pulled it together. I think he’s the kind of guy that can really do it when he wants to.
