FOR MEMBERS - Kitayama Hiromitsu (Kisumai Photobook Translation)
This is the section where they wrote things about each of the other members. Probably one of my favorite sections.

HIROMITSU KITAYAMA
ABOUT SENGA
I think right now he's got this image that "SENGA=DANCE", but to me he's a guy that's good at other things too. Like writing lyrics or having a gift for drawing and music. So from here on out, if he tried to incorporate these things into his image along with the dancing, I think Senga would be able to expand himself more as a person.
ABOUT MIYATA
He's kind of like a cushion for Kisumai. He's always had a very pleasant and mellow personality, but recently he's really established his character and I think the fans have come to pretty much understand who Miyata is as a person. After that, if he could take that growth along with a greater sense of responsibility towards work, I think he'd be able to mature greatly. For example, if he tried to think of a concert solo, consulted with the staff and got a project going… or something like that.
ABOUT YOKOO
He's the best at keeping his composure, even though he used to be the one that always lost his temper (laugh). He actually listens to what people are saying now and has really become a self-evaluating adult. He's still a passionate guy deep down, so if there's something he doesn't agree with, the part of him that can clearly say, "Isn't that different?" is still there. We're close in age too, making him someone I depend on.
ABOUT FUJIGAYA
He's my partner for a lot of things so if he's not there, it's troublesome (laugh). Anyway, because he's really talkative, so I guess he's in charge of communication between members. But on the other hand, I also think there's a part of him that he doesn't show to other people. It'd be better if he'd allow more of himself to show… but if I've said something wrong, sorry (laugh).
ABOUT TAMAMORI
He's recently come to share the position Fujigaya and I have had up until now. He's realized that he needs to pay attention, and I'm relieved that with three of us now, we have the chance to show a new front. I want to tell him, "Be more confident." Not super in-your-face confident… and it doesn't need to be all the time either. I just want him to find that "just here" part of him.
ABOUT NIKAIDO
Nika, in a lot of ways, is still like a kid, but he himself thinks, "I'm an adult." (laughs) On one hand, he's really honest and frank, but on the other, he sometimes puts on this tough facade. So, he's basically like how I was during my junior high school rebellious stage (laugh). But I think Nika's "innocence" is a large part of his charm and appeal.
