From Costco. And before anyone can give me crap about how they're not real hot dogs and pizza, SHH~~~~!!!!!! Let me have this because I haven't had anything close in forever. Went to Costco in Japan for the first time today 'cause it's really hard to go without a car. Bough useful things like hangers, Febreze, shampoo, conditioner, and batteries. I also bought things that I totally don't need, but REALLY wanted, like garlic & herb cheese, spinach & cheese ravioli, and the assorted Costco muffins. And then of course I bought things that I'm justifying as being useful for school... like the pack of 648 sheets of 9"x12" assorted color construction paper. THIS IS WHY I SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO GO TO COSTCO.
I was hoping to make this a useful entry with audio clips from Takki's concert, but I got distracted (is anyone else watching Hammer Session?) and didn't finish. Ah well.

DAY SIX: your favorite j-pop song from your favorite group
I like majority of Kisumai's songs, but I'd probably be lying if I said that Goodbye, Thank you wasn't my favorite. To begin with, I love the lyrics.
この声君に届いて
今こそちゃんと伝えたい
「さよなら」より「ありがとう」
心から言えるよ
出逢えてよかったよ
Then on top of that, when I listen to it, images of them during their tours come up. During their first tour, it was the last song in their set list, and while they sang, on the VTR screens, they showed backstage footage of them working hard, practicing, and other things that they'd done to prepare for those concerts, but at the end of that VTR, there was this image of their white skates lined up and it always struck me as holding a lot of meaning because that's how Hikaru Genji ended their last performance as a group. I'm not explaining it very well, but I have very strong feelings attached to this song. I CRIED when they sang it at the last concert of their 2nd tour.
