I left school at about noon (tenth mod) today, so I missed study hall, lunch, Latin, and Chemistry (the only useful thing in that list being Chemistry, which I'll have to figure out tomorrow sometime). I went to the ENT doctor to get checked and stuff. Hearing tests, et cetera. Nothing wrong here; the doctor said he's pretty confident that it has nothing to do with an inner ear problem, because the vertigo would probably be more violent if it was. He says that if the blood work doesn't show anything and the problem continues, then I should get a CAT scan of my brain... or maybe something else that begins with an "E"... some sort-of balance test. But I doubt I'll do that. So, now all there's left to do is get that "visual field test," go back to the physician to get the results of the blood work + his overall opinion, and possibly pick up a pair of prescription glasses.
I got to go with my mom to this little plant nursery place, and we got some Christmas wreaths, poinsettias, and a twenty-five-foot length of pine rope. (Looking at all the wreaths and such makes me a little tense, just like looking at furs makes me tense. :/ I think it's since meeting Lithy or something, heh... looking at trees just a little more obsessively than normal. >_>;) There was this really sweet cat there that reminded me of a smaller, female version of my old cat, Sage, who died a few years ago, back before I got Shaney. I was petting her for awhile and she was rolling around like a real weirdo... oo; it was so sweet. But now I think Shaney's giving me the cold shoulder... I guess I'm not allowed to associate with any cats 'cept she and Mooch, or something. XD But Moochie could care less what other cats I'm petting, as long as he's pet, too. Mrr. :x
I have a half day tomorrow. And Carz brought this llama figurine back from Florida, that's like four inches tall, and it's mine, and it's all, "ROAR I'M A LLAMA." Well not really; but... that doesn't matter, because it's awesome. yayforllamas<3. oo;
So now all there's left to do -- I did the rest of my homework -- is write the notes on Of Mice and Men by Monday, watch Grapes of Wrath (I copped out and watched Fushigi Yûgi when I should have been watching the movie XD), and come up with an idea for my presentation on John Steinbeck. oo;
Now I'm burning my bayberry-cranberry candle even though I wasn't given leave to, and it smells all good coupled with my cranberry potpourri. <3 oo;
