I had run into Aleyhr at the Firefest and she had mentioned a website that has some cheaply priced bellydancing stuff : http://bellydancercostume.info/index.php I took a look and it has some caberat type stuff and the jingle belts has beads which I am wary of (I have been told the more bead work the quicker it will come apart.)
