(no subject)
So today's weather was absolutely crazy. I woke up to a blizzard. A legit blizzard. It sucked to walk in. My second class was canceled because the professor comes from Brooklyn NY and he couldn't make it up here. So then I went home to take a nap. I woke up to a beautiful sun shiney afternoon. Huh? Wasn't it just a blizzard? I go to dinner with Hannah, come out of the student union and it's a BLIZZARD again! What! Now it's so windy and snowy. I'm covering Zack's shift in the darkroom because he's at his dad's and didn't want to drive in. Which is fine, only, I'm an idiot and I decided to drive here rather then walk in the freezing windy snow storm. But my car is going to get stuck in the parkinglot. I barley made it here, even though it's just down the road. and it's not letting up. I'm debating if I should just stay here tonight, since I have to work here in the early afternoon anyways. We open at 12 and close at 5. I'm going to feel nasty though, with no shower. I kind of have to go back, I have no tampons with me since I packed my backpack quickly and wasn't thinking. And I need one. At least I will shortly.
I'm so bored at work. Of course no one's here yet. The basic students haven't been introduced to the darkroom yet so they wouldn't be working. And everyone else hasn't started yet either so yeah. I just febreezed the futon and everything smells clean and fresh now. But there's nothing else to do. No special cleaning because no one has used anything yet. I don't have any scanning to do. I guess I can plan out more of my independent study. That would be productive. I just want to sleep. I'm likely going to lay on the futon shortly.
At least I'm getting paid.
